Day 1

Etosha National Park

The tour starts in Windhoek at 6:45am heading to Etosha national park. Etosha national park is unique in Africa, characterized by a salt pan so large it can be seen from space. There is abundant wildlife that congregates around waterholes, giving you almost guaranteed game sightings. It is the most accessible game reserves in Namibia and Southern Africa.

Route: Windhoek to Etosha—5hours-420km.

Accommodation: Eldorado Lodge / Toshari Lodge /Etosha Village or similar.

Day 2

Etosha National Park

Etosha national park is the venue for some of the most unique game viewing experience in Africa. We will spend more time at the many waterhole dotted throughout the park. Indeed, we have a full day to explore the park in search of the abundant wildlife that occurs in the park.

Accommodation: Eldorado Lodge / Toshari Lodge / Etosha Village or similar.

Highlights included: Full day game drive.

Day 3

Swakopmund

We depart Etosha heading to where the desert meets the sea.

Route: Etosha to Swakopmund–6hours—580km.

Accommodation: Prost Hotel / Ocean View Guest House / Swakopmund Luxury Suites or similar.

Highlights included: City tour.

Day 4

Swakopmund

Swakopmund offers you a large variety of activities to explore, not only on land, but on water and in the air too. It's the perfect place to go on a brilliant adventure which could be one of the highlights of your tour.

Optional Activities: Sky diving, the Living Desert Tour, dolphin cruise, quad bikes and kayaking

Day 5

Sesriem

We depart heading to Namib Nakulaft desert via Walvis Bay in search of flamingos and pelicans at the lagoon. In the way we pass over at moon-landscape viewing point and stop to mark our crossing of the Tropical of Capricorn.

Route: Swakopmund to Sesriem—7hours—330km.

Accommodation: Desert Hills Lodge/ Desert Quiver Lodge / Desert Camp / Wekebi Safari Lodge or similar.

Highlights included: Flamingos at Walvis Bay lagoon, moon-land scape, Tropic of Capricorn.

Optional activities: Game drive.

Day 6

Sossusvlei

A brisk-climb up Dune 45 or Big Daddy or Big Mummy to view the continuous sea of dunes. This landmark dune offers the perfect vantage point to marvel at the endless sea of red sand. Then a 4×4 transfer into Sossusvlei, where we spend time on foot visiting the pans at Deadvlei and Sossusvlei. Plus, a visit the Sesrium canyon.

Route: Sesriem to Sossusvlei—2hours–140km.

Day 7

Windhoek.

We drive out of the desert back to Windhoek passing mountain belts with a panoramic view to mark the end of the tour.

Route: Sesriem to Windhoek—4hours—310km.

Accommodation: Own arrangements.
